The Northshore Home Builders Association advocates professionalism and giving back to the local community. Find out more about any of our projects below. Raising the Roof for Charity is an annual project of the Northshore Home Builders Association in which our members pool their talents to build a home and raffle off its proceeds for local charities. Since 1994, Raising the Roof for Charity has given away over $5 million dollars to our local community. For over 40 years, the premier builders on the Northshore showcase their talents in the Northshore Home Builders Association Parade of Homes.
