We were looking to widen a single car garage door opening and also convert two single car garage doors into one large double car garage door.
Raymond was prompt in responding to my Yelp request for a quote and came onsite to provide a quote. He communicated well about my options and provided me the confidence that he could complete my job. We ended up also replacing our existing garage door openers to ones that are side mounted. His professionalism and work was excellent, and I would recommend him for your garage door needs.

Raymond did a fantastic job on rebuilding the garage door opening as well as removing the old door and debris. (My original door was a swing-open heavy wooden door.) The opening of the garage is smaller than typical, so the project required customized door panels as well as other size constraints. He was able to re-do my garage door in a manner I couldn't be more pleased with. I really appreciated his attention to details, as well as explanations which he gave to me. A real pleasure to meet and work with Raymond!

I was referred to RSM by a co-worker of mine a couple weeks back that had used this company to have a new garage door installed. My co-worker praised and praised over the work that Raymond had done.
So, I call this company and Raymond (also owner) came out yesterday and fixed a broken spring on my door. He was actually here the night before but didn't have a spring in his truck. So, he came back the following morning to fix me up after visiting his supplier... And that's exactly what he did. I originally only had 1 spring on my garage door, but Raymond installed a 2nd spring at hardly any additional cost. Now my door is perfectly balanced while going up and down. Plus, if a spring breaks now, I have the other spring that will still operate the door. This would of been a big help. Having only that 1 spring, I couldn't open the garage door after it broke.
I can't say enough about, Raymond !!!! He reminds me of the old days when doctors use to make house calls. Very professional, extremely polite, and excellent at his work. Oh, and GREAT PRICES too !!! Raymond had already given me a good price for the work he had done. However, my wife found a coupon for a spring replacement on RSM's website, and Raymond honored the coupon as well.
I highly recommend calling Raymond for any kind of door work. No need to call around trying to get the best bang for your buck, coz Raymond is that GUY !!!!!

I am not one for writing reviews, I had to make an exception. Raymond came this morning to replace spring and bearings on my second single car garage door, the other side had broken a day before the 4th. Raymond has great customer service and reasonable prices! I will be using his company in the future for all my maintenance. Great job!

After putting our urgent issue out to bid, R came out the same day (Sunday) and repaired a broken spring and poor maintenance (new to us home) within 4 hours. We expected to hVe to replace the garage opener and all related hardware. Instead RAM fixed the real problem and saved us approximately $500 in unnecessary repairs.
When we upgrade our garage door opener and fix up the door, we will definitely request RSM do the work.

How refreshing! I left a message through Yelp last weekend. Within a few minutes I received a return call, was given a garage door and opener quote then placed an order. The installation was on time on Thursday and all is well. BTW I am in LA and did everything by phone based on a friend's referral. Raymond even sent me photos so I could see what it looks like! Kudos for such great customer service.
