Concrete Construction & Masonry
We provide comprehensive custom concrete installation services, including stamped concrete, stained concrete (both acrylic and acid), colored concrete, and patterned concrete for driveways, walkways, and patios. Additionally, we offer demolition services for existing concrete. Our masonry installations feature interlocking paver systems for walkways, garden and retaining walls, and pilasters with stone veneer and stucco finishes. We also specialize in creating old-world charm with distressed finishes. These services are available for both residential and commercial properties.

Carl and his team are exactly what you want in a contractor. They show up when they say they will, and they do what they say they're going to do. Carl was very helpful in selecting materials for my master bath remodel and bringing the design to life. I was pretty slow to write this review - the renovation was about a year ago - so I can also confirm that we've had no issues with any of the work done.

This review is long overdue. We originally reached out to PacGen back in February when we purchased a fixer upper in wine country. Carl was one of a few that we asked for a bid. As we novices were describing the scope of the project to him, he came up with many insights and suggestions based on his considerable experience. And, he provided the most thorough and complete bid imaginable. As with any home improvement project, surprises came up. We were expecting that. When they did, Carl worked with us to be sure things were done right without breaking the bank. As we also expected, we had several voluntary add-ons along the way. Many times, we had the conversation: "As long as we're doing 'x', we might as well do 'y'." In those moments, when we weren't quite sure which direction to go, Carl had great suggestions for what would look good. And we received itemized change orders to review and approve before any work was done. It took two months before we were able to live in the home. In all of that time, someone showed up to work on the place every day, with the exception of maybe 4 or 5 scattered days at the most. Jose and Luis did great work. Both are very skilled and meticulous. We highly recommend PacGen, and have passed on their contact information to a few friends already.

Carl offered fair pricing and was extremely helpful throughout the entire remodeling process, including assisting with tile selection. We completed a bathroom remodel with Pacgen Construction and could not be happier with the outcome. The moment you request a consultation with Carl you will trust that he wants your business. He gave us an estimate in a timely manner and the estimate was right where we expected it to be through the end of the project. His crew's priority was quality and it shows in the final outcome. Carl was on site every day of our project and respectful of our time and desires for this remodel. Would not hesitate to recommend/use his services in the future.

PACGEN - completed our bathroom remodel on time and schedule. The Staff was very professional, cleaned up after each day and friendly. I highly recommend PACGEN construction.. Carl's bid and execution was spot on down to the design and costing of the project. We made some changes that were costed into the project and they were very reasonably costed. Final touches were completed prior to final payment request. Planning on using them for the next bathroom remodel (kids room)..

Our second-floor bathroom flooded, causing water damage to the first floor. Carl promptly assessed the situation and offered invaluable guidance, ensuring the job was completed efficiently. Carl and his team remodeled our primary bathroom, we bought a 20 year old home in Temeku Hills. - it was not well taken care of and we've been slowly renovating it over the past year. Carl came out within a super quick timeframe to give us an estimate, he was very helpful and honest about what could and couldn't be done. We got a few other estimates and most of them were similar in price or a bit more expensive but we ended up going with Carl and his team.
They did a fantastic job, they communicated what was going on, and kept us informed on the timeline and any delays (which were largely out of their control e.g. waiting on glass for the shower door). Jose is just an awesome person & did such a good job with the remodel, they were meticulous and efficient. Asked questions along the way and were just really kind people.
We would absolutely do another project with Carl and would recommend him if you're looking for an honest & reliable team who will deliver on your vision.

Carl and his team crafted a unique, wheelchair-accessible bathroom for our son. They also transformed his room with new paint and flooring, and addressed numerous electrical issues we hadn't noticed. The crew was consistently punctual, friendly, and professional. I look forward to hiring them again for my next project!

Carl and his team recently completed two shower remodels for me, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Carl was professional, clearly communicated expectations and timelines, and made material selection easy, even offering helpful connections when needed. His crew was punctual every day, did outstanding work, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. I did not contract Pacgen yet but I am leaving a review because Carl answered my call at the end of the day and was so KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL about answering my questions for a MIL add-on/granny flat.
He knew exactly what was and wasn't feasible and pointed me in the right direction to my HOA rules and regulations.
Once I am done doing my homework, I will be contacting Pacgen for my home addition.
