Although we are based in San Angelo, we have provided residential and commercial construction services throughout Texas including areas like Austin, Houston and the oilfields of Midland/Odessa. We are insured, bonded and our team is trained on safety and equipment operation. Larry Baxter Construction will prepare and handle the approval of permits and fees associated then will work closely with those involved to safely and efficiently complete the work. Larry Baxter Construction is an approved contractor for the City of San Angelo.
