Founded in 2001, Gulf Construction Services, LLC has provided superior craftsmanship and design services for over a decade. Gulf Construction started as a subcontractor to local area general contractors, but has since evolved into a purely custom operation. Today, husband and wife team Lloyd and Elise Whann provide quality demolition, construction, renovation and design services to the North Central Florida area. We have the ability to build fully custom dream projects - from a dining room table to a full-scale home renovation.
