S&D Construction and Maintenance, Inc. was founded by Carlos Azevedo in 2011. Named after his oldest two sons, S&D is a family owned and operated buisiness. With that said, we treat all of our customers like family and treat every project as if it were our own. After working side by side with a local custom home builder and later with a custom pool builder, Carlos wanted to start his own venture. Having met some talented and hard working people along the way, he assembled a crew that boasts over 20 years of experience in the concrete, hardscape and indoor and outdoor tile fields.
