Located in the garage, this home office had unfinished walls, indoor-outdoor carpet on the floor and was short on workspace and storage. Our client envisioned an open workspace with multiple workstations and plenty of storage. In addition, he wanted to hide the sprinkler system pump located in the garage. After demolition, the office was insulated, and the walls were finished with drywall. We created a larger door opening into the laundry room and installed a louvered bi-fold door. For the floor, Mt Royal wood plank porcelain tile in Walnut was installed.
We really enjoyed working on this commercial office project. Our client had a distinct vision for his new office space and asked us for a turnkey solution. Working with his design in mind, we removed non-load bearing walls to open up the floor plan. The existing ceiling was very old; the grid was an off-white color with old-fashioned popcorn-ceiling tiles. We replaced the grid and added upgraded modern tiles. We replaced the fluorescent lights with high efficiency edge-to-edge LED panel lighting.
Restraint, quality and comfort are the operative words when it comes to bedroom remodeling. People regard their home as a sanctuary and the master suite as the most personal, traditional part of that sanctuary. Sawgrass Plantation Enterprises can extend your space outdoors, with a private terrace, balcony or rooftop deck. Add ample lighting and understated natural materials, closets and dressing areas with lots of clothing storage, with his-and-hers shelving, drawers, dressers and rods and extend walk-in closets to double as seating and storage.
This Port Orange remodel includes a new kitchen, master bath and new flooring throughout the residence. For the flooring in the main living area, our client selected Captiva Aria porcelain tile. In the foyer, we created a custom pattern with the same Captiva Aria tile with a double border of Captiva Encore mosaic to create a custom design. The kitchen features new custom kitchen cabinets in driftwood maple with a dark walnut glaze and Wellington style cabinet doors. A new quartz counter top and a Kohler Whitehaven apron sink with a Delta Leland pull-down faucet were added.
This Ormond Beach kitchen originally had dark wood floors, a dark wood ceiling and white wood cabinetry. We updated the kitchen with new custom cabinetry featuring glass & mullion glass inserts, dove tail drawers and under cabinet LED lighting. Our clients selected Cambridge silver glazed brick for the back splash and a Giallo Fiorito granite counter top. The under mount sink features a Kohler Bellera pull down faucet. Our client had built a custom plate rack to match the original kitchen, we took his design and recreated the plate rack to match the new cabinetry.

Aging in Place means adapting your home as you age. It has become a booming business for remodeling contractors. Our founder, Dave Sipos, is a certified Aging in Place specialist by the National Association of Home Builders. Dave has extensive training in the unique needs of older adults. Roughly 90 percent of adults over the age of 65 would prefer to stay in their current home as they age.
All foundations settle over time but when part of a house settles faster than the rest (this is called differential settling) it creates a problem. Foundation repair is not something a homeowner can do on their own. Foundation repair requires an experienced contractor working with an engineer to develop a plan of repair. If you suspect you have a foundation problem, contact us and we'll take a look at it for you. Here in coastal Volusia and Flagler Counties many older homes have poor soil below the slab.
