We start with your dreams. Your ideas. Pictures you have taken of designs or other home ideas that you like. After we have combined our notes and have a good idea what you are looking for, we complete a set of preliminary drawings. These drawings are not to build off of - they just give us a starting point. You will take them home, mark them up, move walls & windows, adjust room dimensions, and work with them until we get it right. We move from preliminary drawings to final construction drawings and renderings.
Is it time to add on a bedroom, expand the dining or living rooms, or add a mother-in-law suite? We work with our clients to develop new additions that meet their needs but blend in well with the style of the existing house. We do not want your addition to look like an afterthought. When it came time for a complete "do over" on our master bathroom, we asked around among friends about who they would recommend. We kept hearing about Bowman Construction. We were very impressed with their presentation outlining the architectural plans, costs, and time frame. As with any major project, there were several hurdles to overcome and a few twists and turns to navigate. These were handled flawlessly. Ian kept us informed throughout the project. What can I say about the result? We've been using the new master bath for almost a year now and I still remark to my wife at least once or twice a week, "This is such a great bathroom". These guys do really great work! We highly recommend them for any project, large or small.
My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone! :
They were very nice from start to finish. They put a roof put on our back patio, they made it look like it was always there. They did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone that needs something done, that is looking for quality work.
