Had Neth$ Son to come out to fix a leak, went through 2 scheduled appointments with no call/ no shows. I took off work both days & sat & waited. When I called they wanted to send a crew out after they worked all day. I called back to cancel because here it is 4 or 4:30 it gets dark early & it was raining. So I rescheduled to the following week. They came fixed the leak. Crew wonderful guys! Now today I get a call that my bill is not paid. I had authorized credit card that day of work which was in October, within a week I received an Invoice PAID. I think this Organization has a big communication problem. It is not worth the aggravation or time wasted for someone to show up & then billing issues.
Three no call no shows for scheduled appointments. I cancelled things and sat and waited for them to show, no reply when I called to see if they were coming. Didn't return any voicemails left. Have been chasing them for two months?, now it's too cold to get someone else. It's snowing, and after telling me they would come by and do something for 3 months, now it's too late and they never called after flaking on 3 appointments. So angry
