We specialize in home repairs and maintenance and also smaller, quick renovation projects. We love to help you with your "honey do lists". We'll take on those projects others don't want to do, or say they will get to, but never show up. We want to fill a need in the market for people who need a quick, honest, reliable solution for small repair projects. We do most of the physical repair work ourselves, but we will sub-contract out some parts of the project (like plumbing & electrical), if necessary.
We did a little pressure washing to prep for a future staining project. It is always satisfying to pressure wash.
We recently repaired this rotten Masonite siding with cement board in several places along the roofline.
Today we did some door jamb repair. The wood was rotten so we replaced it with pvc jamb material. We also removed the wood brick molding on both sides and replaced it with pvc brick molding.
Our client didn’t want a front door with glass anymore so we purchased a wood slab and cut it to size and cut in all of the hardware. We added New seals and painted it. On to the next project.
