This company was very difficult to get hold of in terms of making the appointment(s). They took forever to call back and did not return phone calls. I had to call them multiple times to get service, to confirm appointments, and to establish the workers' ETA. The workmen were four hours late to first appointment, necessitating a second visit (but they showed up early for that one!). The workmen themselves were terrific, once they got here: friendly, professional, and honest. And they cleaned up after themselves.

Dispatcher named Vinnie was very responsive and understanding of our emergency blackout problem. He had a guy out to us within about 2 hours! Serviceman named Greg was very prompt, professional and eager about his work. Pricing was very good and also clear, with a flat fee (cash) for initial arrival and charges for every 1/2 hour. They got everything ironed out in about an hour. Everything working fine now. So pleased in fact that I even tipped Greg for the prompt response and quick, efficient work.
