CityView Builders began by specializing in the complete renovation of historic bungalows in and around neighbors around uptown Charlotte. Many of the homes were 100+ year old structures that required complete renovation so as to modernize the homes while paying attention to maintaining historic details. We have also focused on new construction infill lots in urban neighborhoods. Our home plans include cost effective construction with an attention to details to give this a custom finish. The scope of our experience has also allowed us to execute multi-family projects that include the completion of the exterior phase of a 96 unit condominium project.

At Cityview Builders, Inc. we can use multiple resources to supply the cabinets including suppliers as specified by the client. Primarily, we use Armstrong Cabinets. We have also used well known and cost effective brands such as IKEA. We also partner with Quality Custom Woodworks for stylish, well-built cabinetry.

At CityView Builders we have successfully executed a number of projects utilizing fiber cement siding. Numerous advantages of fiber cement siding are leading most of our customers to request this product. One of the main advantages includes the fact that this is a long lasting material that is relatively rot proof due to being made of cement. It also comes with a 25 to 50 year manufacturer's warranty in most cases depending on the material brand. Another advantage is the real wood look that it provides.

Flooring upgrades are desired by many homeowners. There are a variety of options that can fit any budget. At CityView Builders we install tile, laminate, hardwood, carpeted floors. Working with multiple suppliers, we are happy to find and quote materials to meet your needs.

Cityview Builders, Inc. is also equipped to provide heating and air conditioning (HVAC) service for residential sized units. Our rates and fees are affordable and plainly stated. We charge one flat fee of $75 to come to your residence, identify the problem, and give a written quote for how much it will cost to address the issue. Please contact usto schedule a service visit and give a brief description of the repairs that are needed. To request a service visit, we require the $75 trip charge paid in advance.
