Every year your home or business gets bombarded with foreign debris or moss that leaves a film on the exposed surfaces. Over time, the debris can start to corrode and cause damage. We correctly assess the cleaning techniques prior to power washing your home or business. Then we prepare the work site by covering up all fixtures and landscaping to prevent damaging your investment. Using a high powered pressure washer with various extensions, attachments and cleaning agents, we thoroughly wash and rinse the exposed surfaces to rid them of these soilents.

Windows, and their many working parts, began to wear-and-tear after some time. As experienced window technicians, we can correctly assess a non-functioning or broken window and replace or order the parts necessary to get it working just right. Cracked window panes can be replaced and reglazed. We work with a local Boston glass specialist to find exceptional quality glass to replace the broken glass. Our work is billed by the hour.

For exterior windows we typically use a purified water system that leaves your entire window, sparkly clean! For hard to reach windows we may use a ladder, squeegees, dry rags, and a glass cleaning solution. Along with squeegee's and dry rags, we use a highly concentrated, glass, window and multi-purpose cleaner. GC 55 is Green Seal™ Certified, meeting the requirements of the GS-37 (2008) standard for industrial and institutional cleaning products and Recognized for Safer Chemistry by the EPA's Design for the Environment (DfE) program.
