HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING: Furnace, air conditioner and other visible related HVAC components. FOUNDATION/STRUCTURAL: We alert people when we see large or numerous cracks and various other signs of abnormal settlement/movement that may indicate a structural issue in the home.
