I paid to have my roof repaired 2 weeks ago. I called in to find out when the repair would take place and the lady in the office stated that roof repairs come secondary to their company. I stated that I wasn't told that prior to paying for the service. This is not a great company for repairs. I have never signed an agreement and paid for a service without being given a date for the services to be rendered. It's sad that many people accept his type of unethical behavior. Extreme Exteriors is in business to provide a service, consumers pay for those services, there is no favors being given. Setting up installation dates for all customers is proper business etiquette. I have a leak and now I'm being offered to receive a refund via mail so that I can find another company.
