You will be in good hands when using Cardinal Contractors. I had them do a complete roof replacement due to hail damage on 2013. They worked with me when I wanted some last minute changes with ridge venting and installing three "sun Tube" skylights. There have been no issues with the roofing. But this year we experienced a condensation issue inside the su tubes during an odd weather condition with extreme humidity followed by very cold air. I contacted Aaron Wallis, who managed the roofing job. (He told me to call if there were any problems in 2013). True to his word, he came out to the house and spent about 3 hours in our attic space installing some replacement parts and adding more insulation and tapping joints. All is well now, thanks to a contractor who takes care of his customers. I'm not physically capable of doing this myself anymore. Thanks Aaron!
