Wonderful experience multiple times with Flavio Romero and his crew! We first used them in 2019 to replace a deck, install railings and replace a handrail in our stair way on a home we were preparing to sell. (Our real-estate agent provided Flavio's' contact info. and so thankful she did!) The job went smoothly and on time. Not only is his work excellent, he is very helpful in suggesting paint colors and solutions for difficult spaces. Our house turned out beautiful making it even harder to leave.
I recently needed some work done on our new home and remembered the great service provided by Flavio. I contacted him to stain and seal a screened in porch and deck at our new home in Wake Forest. Again, excellent craftmanship and work. I'm so very glad I held onto his contact info from 2019! While he was here staining and sealing our deck I inquired if he would travel to my hometown (about 1 hr east from Wake Forest) to complete a whole house interior paint job for one of my mom's rentals including power washing the home and shed. I expressed the difficulty I was having in finding a a good, honest painter in my hometown. To my delight he said he would help me out and took on our third house project! Very responsive and trustworthy! The job turned out absolutely beautiful! He went above and beyond and painted the kitchen cabinets and installed two bathroom lights that we had purchased but had yet to install. What a wonderful surprise!
I just can't say enough good things about Flavio- excellent craftmanship, integrity and affordability! We have found our painter and home improvement guy for life! I'm sure we will have many more projects in the future for him. Thanks so much Flavio! Very grateful to have found you!

I was very impressed with the professionalism, honesty and integrity of the owner, Brennen. Due to an unfortunate communication faux pas, Brennen’s team did not start my job.
However, Brennen, when recognizing the conflict; immediately offered two very good painters and ceiling people who completed my job: very competitive price, high quality and very punctual. If I have needs that Brennen’s team can address, I will use his team.
