Our custom-built, EPA compliant, mobile cleaning system is powered by a MCS-3008-1H6G pressure washer. This unit can operate with either one or two operators at 3000 PSI. The trailer is 7′ x 20′ with tandem 6000 LB axles and holds a 535 gallon water supply tank. Each of two heavy-duty hose reels holds two hundred feet of high pressure hose. The hallmark of this surface cleaner is a wash water recovery and recycling system that is able to operate two surface cleaners at the same time.

We are pleased to offer the latest innovation in concrete floor machine technology from CPS: The G-320DP Propane Planetary Grinder. This propane powered grinder is truly revolutionary, offering cordless operation with more power, more torque and higher RPM, giving the concrete professional the competitive edge on large commercial jobs. When combined with the Propane Cat 5 Extractor Vacuum it completely eliminates the need for electricity, increasing savings and versatility. The G-320DP features an advanced three-head design, with new and improved flex head technology, that contours to the floor providing more head weight and down pressure.

Our pressure washing system uses a high-pressure stream of water ejected from a hand-held wand to remove oil, paint, rust, tar, gum, graffiti, and many other unwanted substances from your facility. It cleans, recovers and recycles water from oils and solids down to the 20 micron level. Our mobile cleaning system has a 535 gallon water tank and can supply one or two operators at 3000 psi for the duration of the job. Pressure washing may be conducted with or without heated water or added detergent.
