EZ Out Floor Removal

We use ride-on, state of the art removal equipment to remove hardwood flooring, both glue down and nail down. Our equipment is highly effective in removing wood flooring in 1/3 (or less) of the time than it takes for conventional removal. Scarifying (or planing) is the bulk removal of concrete, as in removing trip hazards on sidewalks or sloping for a drain, as shown in these pictures.

EZ Out Floor Removal, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured company that specializes in quick and thorough removal of several types of flooring. Employing ride-on scrapers and specialized floor prep equipment, we are typically able to reduce tear-out time by aproximately one-half (usually more) when compared with conventional methods. We are large enough to handle any job, yet small enough to provide personalized service. In addition, we polish, grind, shot blast, shave and scarify concrete to remove adhesives, flatten it, and provide texture for coatings.

We use small and large planetary concrete grinders to remove coatings (epoxy, paint, acrylic). Grinders are also used to give your floor a consistent texture.

We use ride-on, state of the art removal equipment to remove ceramic tile (and many other types of tile) and thin-set. When we are finished the slab is ready for new flooring. Removing ceramic tile floors has been a big part of our floor removal repertoire since the company was established.

Polished concrete is a new and upcoming floor trend that we are glad to participate in. We use planetary concrete grinders with diamonds that get progressively less aggressive to obtain the natural look of a concrete with a shine. A guard is applied to the concrete and burnished to achieve the finished product shown above.
