Innovative Construction Services, LLC (ICS) was established in January 2014 by brothers, Levi and Jeremy Hall. Jeremy Hall began following his calling of full time field work soon after and ICS is owned and managed by Levi Hall, with his wife Olivia right by his side. In addition to caring for their large family; Levi manages ICS sales, field employees and job site scheduling making sure all jobs maintain the quality and integrity we strive for. Olivia handles the office management; however neither Levi or Olivia run Innovative Construction Services by themselves.
Completed some earth work this week. Cut in a new drainage swell to prevent water from traveling against the rear of the home to help stop earth erosion and slab issues.

This project was r19 ceiling insulation replacement in GrandPrairie TX. Replaced 19600 SF of insulation from water leaks at the roof system. Crew and Crew Leaders did a great job over nite after hours work.
This project turned out great. New city hall building for Palmer TX. Work we preformed and designed, new parking lot addition and repair. New carport. New fence and gate entry. New wall sheathing on the complete building with a new paint shop to all of the masonry on the building.
Commercial fire wall built for Silk Road Construction they are doing great work and growing quickly.
