Although the law requires it, it is expensive and many roofing contractors choose to not carry it. It rarely takes more than two days for us to finish a job, and normally we will have it done at the end of one day. We work with Capitol City Roll-offs to provide the dumpsters for our projects.

You and your insurance company are on the same team. You are not adversaries and both of you have the same goal of putting your house back to its original shape. When you work together with good communication, it's the easiest path to accomplish this purpose. The insurance company needs satisfied customers. They want to handle claims quickly but accurately. Contact your insurance agent and they should be able to do the rest for you. Depending on the severity of the storm your insurance company may want a reputable roofing company to assess the damage before officially filing a claim.
