We have been customers of Luke (the owner) and have been completely satisfied. We first called his company as we had a small infestation of little black bugs (not bedbugs thank God), and the initial treatment alone killed them off.
We set up a quarterly spraying and consultation with him. $99 each time. No bug or pest issues in four years now. His spray also doesn't kill the good bugs like bees or good pests like lizards. Very professional and personable.

We've used this company since moving to Oceanside in mid-2019 and couldn't be happier. We started with a dump that included a rat-infested crawl space, which Luke took care of in short order. Once they initially treat a home, they follow an every 2-months schedule, but Luke came back every week or more often until the rats were taken care of. We've had no problems at all since then. Luke is super friendly, knowledgeable, LOCAL, and thorough! His treatments are very pet-friendly - which our 2 dogs appreciate! So nice to have peace of mind, and no pesky critters!

In the middle of Covid, and working from home, we had what I thought was houseflies - I'd get a few, and then the next day there would be MORE. and MORE. Bradley's Pest & Termite was recommended to me by a property management company. Turns out we had Blowflies - and they multiply! I needed rescuing, it was beyond my ability to manage. Luke was great - he and another guy showed up within an hour of my call. They were super professional, clean, thorough, and checked in with me the next day to see if there were any flies remaining. I highly recommend them.

We have a 40,000 sqft warehouse and office building with lots of folks that take lunch at their workstations. We had a serious issue with fruit flies and mice. we tried a few services but nobody could get it done. Bradley's came in and took care of our problem and also found where bird poop was piling up on our loading dock and causing a bad smell we previously we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. They installed some bird spikes and fixed that as well.
Our workplace is now clean and pleasant thanks to Bradley's.
