Arita Poulson General Contracting, LLC. is currently waiting for Kent McNaughton and his team members regarding further notice of constructing Phase II and Phase III. Due to economic conditions, the market has changed significantly, however we hope to continue with other development projects on the West side of Maui. Two mixed use buildings retail / commercial on 1st floor and large luxury condos on second floor. Each condo had it's own detached enclosed garage and parking stall.
