This project consisted of interior and exterior renovation. Water damage was present throughout the building. This was corrected and the building had all new windows and plaster/lath. We did all the framing repair and demo, assisted with drywall repair, completed handyman punch-list items, and installed SASM dams for the new windows. Highlights include the framing and water intrusion that we repaired. This was a big project with a lot of issues. This project is ongoing however, it is nearing completion.
