Pre-Construction Services provide a crucial early component to a successful Project by involving the Construction Team in the latter stages of the Design Process. Development of detailed Schedules including Milestones, Phasing and Sequencing and Occupancy Requirements with Cost and Resource Loading, Cash Flow Projections and Progress Confirmation for Lender. Comprehensive and competitive Subcontractor Bidding Process utilizing Advanced Technology to disseminate Bid Information, analyze and tabulate Bids and compile qualified Bids into the Final Schedule of Values and Contract Sum.

To provide management oversight for all phases of Commercial construction projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule and within budget. Candidates should have 5 years Minimum experience in Commercial General Contracting project Management. Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of the project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.

Design-Build Services include a unique blend of Design Services and General Contracting Services, combined to ensure the desired interaction required for a cost-effective Building Solution. Complete and thorough review of all Bid Documents including evaluation of all supporting Reports and Investigations, coupled with a commensurate RFI Process to evaluate Conflicts and Issues Pre-Construction. General Contracting Services involves a complex and aggressive compilation of activities to bring a Project from conception to reality while providing the Client their Facility with full satisfaction.
