Archer Mechanical & Maintenance Contractors was founded in 1987 by Ken and Paula Rickards. Our first location began in a small, 1,500 sqft facility located in Salt Lake City Utah, with only 5 employees. Over the years our business has continued to grow by contracting with integrity, building relationships and customer satisfaction. Archer Mechanical's operations have now expanded into a much larger facility including; a fabrication shop and additional property at our staging lot centrally located in the Salt Lake valley.
At our 30,000 SqFt fabrication facility we take advantage of state of the art equipment and technology. Archer has in place fully automated band saws with auto feed, conveyors, fork lifts, cranes, welding stations, soldering stations, pipe machines and grooving equipment. Manufacturing a comprehensive range of high quality piping systems; from fixture banks to 60 diameter pipe. All designed to fit accurately for an efficient installation. At Archer we utilize the Trimble Field Link layout system to locate risers, sleeves and inserts for plumbing piping and duct work.
