Rivercity Builders is a custom home builder, building green affordable custom homes to meet your lifestyle. Designing and Building one green home at a time is our motto. We limited our work to a few houses per year allowing us to give each one of our projects the personal attention they deserve. Rivercity Builders is a father and son family business. Rivercity Builders was established by Eluterio Tenorio in 2001. Prior to Rivercity Builders, Eluterio was in management in the grocery business for 31 years.
