IMS is one of the largest masonry contractors in the Western United States. Our goal is to consistently exceed expectations, no matter the size, scope or location. Our executive team leverages over 100 years of combined experience to produce the best work possible on each and every project. Our diverse background and comfort working with general contractors as well as design assist teams makes us the most desired source for advanced masonry applications. Our financial and bonding capability is rock-solid and we have the operational capacity to manage over one dozen major builds simultaneously.
Traditional masonry is the backbone of our organization. After 25 years of successful projects, unit masonry still remains the foundation of IMS. Whether it be brick, block, stone, structural or veneer, we have the experience and logistics you can rely on, no matter how big or small the project may be. We install over 1,000,000 feet of transitional masonry product annually. Our network of global relationships allow for industry-leading sourcing and availability. We understand the difference between a good project and a great project comes down to pre-planning.
Mechanically fastened architectural cladding is one of the most technically advanced services we offer. We use our own custom designed monorail and rigging systems to increase efficiency above and beyond the industry standard. We rely on high quality cladding materials that create the desired look for your commercial space. Cladding offers an alternative to traditional masonry for multi-story commercial and residential structures. It does not create a limit for exterior thickness so varied depths can be used throughout.
Paver systems enhance the look of landscaping and walkways. Site pavers are diverse, and often include pedestal sand set, and dry pack finishes. Each of these materials serves an individual purpose and each provides a unique look to the project it warrants. The finished product is truly a representation of the sub support compaction and flatness to its respective grades. We like to think that the time and effort spent in the front-end of placing the foundation rewards the client with a superior finished product.
