I started with this company about a year ago. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and we decided I needed a 9kw system (27 300 watt panels). That's what I was sold. The system never has produced more the 7kw and when it was installed, the panels were faced the incorrect direction. The installation was corrected a month ago, but the panels have never been reconnected. I have called and emailed their "repair service" department everyday and never have received so much as a return phone call. I have finally decided that the only recourse is to contact the Registrar of Contractors in an attempt to get this problem solved. A simple visit to test would no doubt correct the problem (according to their own technician). There is definitely something wrong internally with this company. My salesman left, the previous service manger left, and now their technician has left the company. Rats deserting a sinking ship? The solar works great and I wanted to buy the back-up battery system, but they don't seem to want my business. We'll see how the Registrar of Contractors complain pans out. Stay tuned.
