Max Selzer founded the company after serving in the Army. Work focused on residential and commercial construction services, with many projects designed in house. Tom Werderitsch Sr. purchased the company in 1989, at which time Max decided to retire. The company has since expanded its market area, services provided, and overall size. Typical market areas include industrial, commercial, institutional, governmental, and development projects. Since the company's founding, we have completed over 4,000 projects, with many repeat clients.
