Our History: Accurate Excavators was founded in November of 2001 by Roger Jourden II. Roger had grown up working for his parents at Michigan's Adventure amusement park, and in their excavation, recycling, and trucking divisions.
Accurate Excavators is proud to be a leader in recycling in West Michigan. Each year we recycle over 100,000 tons of concrete, asphalt, stumps, brush, grass clippings and leaves at our North Muskegon yard. These materials are processed into high quality road base, driveway material, mulch, compost and topsoil. We distribute these recycled products to contractors, businesses and homeowners throughout West Michigan. We accept raw materials at our yard from contractors and homeowners. In 2018 Accurate Excavators partnered with Great Lakes Dock & Materials and the West Michigan Shoreline Regional Development Commission on a clean up of Muskegon Lake.
