The Clement Group, LLC (Clement) is Native American-Owned and Minority Business Enterprise headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama. Gaining experience under the IDIQ-type delivery system, Clement now specializes in federal, healthcare, retail, and design-build construction work. Formed in 2000 as a sister company of Clement Contracting Group, Inc., Clement employs many of the same management team members that gave the original company its solid reputation. Together, these team members possess over 100 years of hands on experience, providing construction and design-build construction services for government, commercial, and industrial clients.

As part of our company, we have a robust team of project managers and scheduling professionals, estimators, and marketing team members that contribute to all preconstruction efforts when bidding on a job with the Federal Government. Scheduling: All scheduling is done with Primavera Schedule Software (P6) using the Critical Path Method, a technique for process planning that defines critical and non-critical task with the goal of preventing time-frame problems and process bottlenecks. When responding to an RFP, our estimating team works with our project managers to put together a preliminary project schedule by closely studying the contract documents and relying on their years of experience successfully scheduling hundreds of projects.

Since its inception, Clement has performed over 75 design-build projects all over the US, from Washington State and Colorado to Georgia and North Carolina. We truly have provided design-build services coast-to-coast. Total, our design-build portfolio is valued at over $280,000,000.
