Founded as a residential building and remodeling company in 1973 by Steve and Patti Moore, the company shifted its focus to commercial and industrial building projects in 1980. Since then have completed over 5,000 commercial and industrial projects in 22 states. With General Contracting, often referred to as Design-Bid-Build, our estimating team will take plans and specifications provided by the owner's design team, and put together a competitive proposal. When awarded the project, J.L. Moore will contract all required subcontractors who are chosen based upon the specific project requirements. Throughout the construction process, we provide Project Management and on-site Supervision to oversee the project schedule, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, reporting and project administration.
