EnviroStruct, LLC is a licensed General Building Contractor with over 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. EnviroStruct is dedicated to providing a Cooperative Building approach, which promotes solid working relationships between all team members, to every project that we undertake. On occasion, Clients will approach EnviroStruct to request that we perform Design/Build Construction Services.

There is general consensus in the construction industry that the best-built projects have many critical problems anticipated and solved in the Preconstruction Phase, before any construction begins. By far, the largest percentage of potential cost savings is identified through Owner / Architect / Construction Manager / Subcontractor cooperation before designs are finalized and before any subcontracts are awarded. Working with our network of construction trade specialists, EnviroStruct, LLC's Estimating/Purchasing/ Project Management experience, in consultation with our subcontractor and supplier relationships, will be able to develop numerous cost savings and value engineering recommendations for all types of building systems during the Project Preconstruction Phase and continue throughout the project.

EnviroStruct, LLC takes a sustainable approach to conventional building without any additional cost to our clients, in fact in many cases we are able to save our clients unnecessary operating costs. We strive to divert more than 80% of construction waste and debris from landfills by recycling these materials. This approach exceeds the minimal standards set by USGBC for LEED certified projects. EnviroStruct, LLC utilizes paperless filing systems as a company standard as well as low VOC products which minimizes "off gassing" into the environment and HVAC systems.
