Prince and Sons is a locally owned and operated family business. Bruce Prince founded Prince Land Services, Inc. in 1989 and today, Ian Prince is the managing president/owner, making it a second generation company in Polk County. We have been blessed with the opportunity to serve hundreds of residential customers providing them with landscaping, irrigation, lawn maintenance as well as brick paver driveways, patios, pool decks, sidewalks, retaining walls and much more. The commercial industry has been an equal blessing.
