By adding a second story deck onto this home, we were able to also add a shaded patio underneath basically doubling the usable space. We replaced two existing porches with one porch that wraps to both entrances. This porch not only dresses up the appearance of the house from the road, but also adds a great outdoor living space.

For this addition we needed to add a dormer onto the back of a Cape Cod style house to accommodate a bathroom and a walk-in closet.
We built this house in 2010. The stonework facade and stamped concrete on the front steps give this house a unique appeal.
