E&F General Contracting is a family owned and operated company serving Long Island for 35 years. We are a second-generation father and son team. Frank started at the age of 12 doing masonry and foundation work. In 1973, he started his own business doing kitchens and extensions. This led him into home renovations which included dormers, extensions and new homes. In 1985, at the age of 12, his son James started working along side his father from job estimates to general construction. In 1991, after graduating high school, James started working full time and ventured into building new homes as well.
E&F General Contracting has over 35 years of experience in the construction of new homes, second story additions, renovations and extensions. From our very first meeting, we will work with you to develop a customized plan to your specifications. We will guide you in the direction you want to be with your project, giving you ideas and advice to build your dream home. Our in-house design team will spend the time needed to make sure all plans are in place the way YOU want them to be, prior to commencement of the project.
