Founded in 1996, Distinctive Creations, Inc. is committed to building the highest quality homes, additions, and remodeling projects. When owner Charles Fruci, Jr. first establish DCI, he set out on a mission to always exceed the highest building standards and use only the best quality building material. We leave "cutting corners" to the other guys. Specializing in Composite ($$$) & Pressure Treated decks ($). Transform your old deck into a new Composite deck (primarily use TimberTech by AZEK Building Products). Choose from a variety of decking collections, grooved, square shouldered and in three different widths -3 " - 5 " - 7 ". Design Railings in 5 different colors, 9 different styles with 4 different infill options: Composite balusters, Aluminum balusters, CableRail or Glass channel kit. Complete the look with Lighted Island Caps, Post Cap Lights, Under Rail Lights & Accent lights.

Distinctive Creations, Inc. offers services from Design Planning through Occupancy. DCI offers good faith estimates based on a site visit and discussions with the owners to understand their vison for the potential project. This is done before the client spends any money on plans to see if their concept works within their budget. Once the estimate is produced and the client decides to move forward, we offer professional architectural services. Once final plans are complete we finalize a contracted cost for clients.

Owner Charles J. Fruci Jr. started in the Framing trade in 1983 long before he decided to go into business for himself. In 1996 Distinctive Creations, Inc. started with two employees and through quality work, perseverance and positive word of mouth now has a full time framing staff. DCI offers weather tight framing services to other General Contractors, Building Professions and Homeowners. With over 36 years of framing experience and a site supervisor employed since 2002. DCI can provide custom framing for all Residential Homes or Commercial Building projects.
