Ive know the owner, Tom Frederick for over a year in our professional networking group. I have (fortunately) not had a need for his services, but I've gotten to know Tom and hear so many others rave about how professional his team is and how good they are to their customers. I know that he is already well-respected in San Diego, but want you to know that the person behind the business is professional, dedicated and easy to work with. I hope I never need him, but if I (or my friend's do), I wouldn't hesitate to hire his team!

SDFR is an outstanding company, that stands by their work! Tom and his team are true professionals. They restored my house to better than new! I gave them minimal direction and they did incredible work. They even corrected some problems that were builder defects! They renovated areas that were not flooded and made the design flow perfectly. They are the ones to call if you need restoration whether or not it is flood damaged. Their superb work earned them five stars and another call if I have more renovations to perform.

Having worked closely with Tom and his SD Flood Restoration team for over a month, and having had the bad luck of experiencing two major water incidents since 2008, I feel very qualified to say that they are the absolute BEST at what they do. Tom, the owner, was at the site within 15 minutes of the call and the rest of his team and equipment were not far behind. Within 90 minutes of contact, the initial cleanup was complete and preparation for the drying process had begun. From the beginning, and over the next four weeks, it became obvious that professionalism, attention to detail and respect for the customer and their property were top priorities of this company. I was impressed with the seamless coordination of workers and services, as well as, the quality of services provided.
The workers always arrived at the scheduled time, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and cleaned and secured all equipment and property before leaving. They were polite, respectful and true craftsmen in their respective fields. They worked hard, took pride in their work, ended on time and completed the project to the satisfaction of the customer. Only when the customer was happy, were they happy. The administrative end of the project was also impressive and flawlessly managed by Amanda and Lea. Within 24 hours, Amanda made contact with me and then personally established daily communication, passing on scheduling, billing and general information in a clearly understandable electronic format. She effortlessly managed multiple issues as they arose and communicated a plan for resolution. Both Amanda and Lea possess outstanding communication and customer service skills and are excellent frontline representatives for the business. In the end, the way this company functions is a great tribute to its owner, Tom Frederick. Tom personally visited the work site on a daily basis, as needed, or as requested by the customer or his workers.
He provided information about the water damage and explained in detail the process for repair and restoration. He was thorough in his initial inspection and this thoroughness and attention to detail was maintained throughout the process. He consistently demonstrated exceptional observation and management skills, work ethics and personal integrity. He treated the customer, every level of worker, subcontractor and his office staff with dignity and respect resulting in a culture of trust, an excellent working relationship, and above all else, loyalty to him and the company. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Tom and the SDFR team! Specifically how trustworthy, timely, and professional he is. He has my eternal gratitude for his advice and guidance managing a flood that resulted from a leak in my HVAC unit.
I own a condo in downtown San Diego but am currently living in North Carolina. I was completely dependent (and vulnerable), however he worked quickly and was able to minimize costs by giving me honest assessments and options for cleanup strategy. Such professional integrity cannot be understated. He really took a lot of the stress out of managing a flood from the other side of the country.
He was also very courteous and worked well with my tenant, who also appreciated his professionalism and personability. I would highly recommend him as your first option for both cleanup and repairs! I will keep his number in my records should I ever have a problem again.

San Diego Flood Restoration was amazing. They were there promptly after being called by my plumber. The had the cleanup started before we could even get home and continued until everything was safe and dry. Things were moved before they could get ruined and when the floors were replaced were moved back. The repair work was amazing. Walls looked as if they hadn't been touched. Flooring was back better than it had been.
We are so pleased with Tom and his crew and have been telling everyone we know that they should call Tom if they have a similar emergency. Really a 10 star job from Tom to his assistant Amanda and all the guys who helped. Thanks....everyone!!!!

San Diego Flood Restoration has given me a whole different view regarding this industry. I truly have full trust in SDFR. They work with you from the very beginning to the very end. I own a property management company in San Diego and have worked with many Restoration companies, and none of them have been as professional, on top of it, and trustworthy as SDFR!!!
