My air conditioning condensation line became plugged and the resulting leak caused major water damage to my flooring. On Sunday i realized that iI had a problem and called a plumber. When he realized the extent of the damage, he put in touch with Mitchell at Superdry. Mitchell called me immediately and came out to assess the damage. He coordinated with my homeowner's insurance claims adjuster and got everything approved. I didnt have to do anything. Chris came and cheerfully and carefully packed up all of my belongings. Moises and Kyle did the demolition today. They were professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions. Everyone showed a sincere concern for my safety. I would recommend Superdry to anyone in a similar situation.

these guys are complete bullsh--ers. one guy calls and says he s the boss, then another guy calls and says hes in charge so he needs to schedule the meeting and then another guy shows up to do the site visit but has to call another guy who will give the number but than an estimate never comes after three weeks of waiting multiple phone calls and even having them force a number with no scope of work. total waste of time. total clown show. don't bother

My problem was RAW SEWAGE spilling in my concrete backyard... I called a plumber out and he was able to stop the flow but not clean up sewage drainage spill... I called many companies and NO ONE CLEANS UP OUTSIDE spills. (I don't blame them!) I was not using my Homeowner's Insurance so this was coming out of my pocket. The plumber told us to put kitty liter on the spill to soak it up.. I googled "sewage clean up" and was able to get 2 bids for the job. The first vendor wanted wayyyyyy to much money, even though I was desperate to have it cleaned up. With the second vendor, I saw the add for Superdry and filled out the online info... The ad said someone would contact me... 15 minutes later at 3:30pm, I received a call from Edward... He said he could come out and give me an estimate... He said he was available to start the clean up immediately if I wanted him to... I was skeptical... Edward and Eric showed up at 5:30, gave me a reasonable price and cleaned up the stinky mess! There was a 4 hour minimum charge and the job only took about 3 hours, however, the price was right and they had all the equipment to do the job immediately.

The service I received from Superdry was exceptional. We had a flood in our office. I called Superdry and a rep came out immediately to access the damage (for free). They were supremely knowledgeable and efficient. I met three different members of their staff, and each was friendly and on-time. Great company. I would use them again in a heart beat.
