My basement looks better than before the flooding. These guys do quality, quick work. They mitigated our basement, took out the flooring, a couple walls and dried it up.
The restoration part is my favorite part. They paint matched perfectly and painted more than what was damaged, they also matched the texture on the wall. They redid our baseboards and they look more flush and perfect then the prior boards. The flooring looks excellent, they were able to cut it so that it fit the front of our rock fireplace perfectly like a puzzle. It use to have a half a centimeter gap. Now it looks flawless!
The real awesome thing about Five Point is that they completed this whole project in ONE day, which I didn't anticipate.

We had a flood in our lower level due to a cracked pipe. We called 5 Point Restoration based on their positive reviews. Their team member, Ohmba (sp?) did an outstanding job of replacing our damaged sheetrock, painting the walls and replacing the baseboards. The overall effect was outstanding! We highly recommend 5 Point Restoration!

I had a old water Heater replaced. a weld on one of the pipes broke. flooded my basement. Five Point came right out within the hour. the workers were very professional and polite in my rough time. I highly recommend this company.

Five point restoration was amazing the three of them came in and did insulation and new flooring in the kitchen and utility room and did it all in one day it was amazing and the transformation in the kitchen and utility room was beyond believe these guys are amazing and they work fast

If you agree to do a free estimate, show up on time. It's only free if you actually provide the service, otherwise, it cost us a lot of time.
Also, don't be a massive douchebag for no reason. There was no reason to have an altercation here. Bryan was looking for one, but after calling the owner, I see that's part of their culture.
The way Bryan treated us left my grandma in tears. All she wanted was an estimate. We wasted our whole day waiting for this clown.

My mom recently had a flood in her house and five star was recommended highly from AAA homeowners insurance they reacted immediately flooded happened at 1:30 in the afternoon five star was there by 3:30 with their fans drying it out next day they came and tested for mold and took action immediately and cut out all the drywall that needed to be taken care of and they've been very sufficient and very friendly office staff and their workers looking forward to seeing the finished product when they're done next week...so far they have done a very good job
