Roofing contractors issue roof certifications to verify that a roof is free of defects and is in sound condition. A five-year roof certification is a statement from a professional roofer that they find the roof to be watertight for the next five years. Five-year roof certifications are common requirements of real estate transactions. The cost of a five-year roof certification ranges from $125-$150 depending on the size and style of your roof. In some cases, a roofing contractor will need to make repairs before certifying a roof.

I had two jobs done by Rampart within about a 3-month span. The first job was a full roof, decking included with gutters. Mario was the one who handled negotiations and I never met the crew that did this job. It was done well, there was no mess and completed very timely. The second job was a repair on another house. We had previously had a roof done by another company on this house 2 years ago and always had leaks in a couple of different spots. My husband and I silicone and caulked them and it just needed to be fixed. So having that Rampart did a good job on the other house we so I called Mario again and he ended up having a gentleman by the name of Tim do the repair and it was done very nicely looks great and so far no leaks; that makes me happy. And there is the office people. I did talk with a Melissa mostly, and she's always was very polite very helpful and very punctual with paperwork.
Rampart Roofing were awesome! We needed a job with a quick turn around time, and they responded really fast. Thanks.
Posted on behalf of my grandparents: I cannot think of anything to say which would improve my experience with Rampart Roofing. The complete process was a first class service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend their service.
