Even though it was founded in 1999 the "Ward" name in lawn maintenance has been around since 1984.

In 1984, Dan Ward and his brother, Steve, started mowing lawns to raise money to pay for school. Now, over thirty years later, Ward's Lawn Service is serving Boulder, CO with excellence all year long. As the years went by, all of the Ward siblings got involved raising money for school by mowing lawns, and after college, Dave Ward started Ward's Lawn Service. In those days, there was one pick-up truck and two lawnmowers. Today, 70+ people are employed by Ward's. With company growth came expansion.

When Dave ward needed money to pay for school, he turned to something his older brothers did before him. He mowed lawns. When he finished college in 1999, Dave started Ward's Lawn Service. Since then the company has grown to 70+ employees - so much more than the two lawnmowers Dave started with at the beginning. Ward's Lawn Service is so glad that even when summer passes and lawns no longer need to be mowed, there's still so much to do in Broomfield, CO!
