We have both Do-it-Yourself products as well as full service applications and will accommodate whatever degree of yard care service works for you. We offer two coverage areas in Wisconsin; Fox Valley area and Southeast area. We will explore expansion option depending on demand. The longer a soil is under chemical control the longer it takes for that soil to be self sustaining. If you love your trees and shrubs, and know how much it costs to replace them, then you know that it makes sense to spend a small amount annually to protect your largest landscape.

Backyard Organics uses one of the best commercial grade lawn aerators on the market which penetrates deep and allows air and moisture to flow to the roots, which some would say is the most important step in producing a healthy lawn. Don't be fooled by inexpensive or free lawn aeration applications because you will likely be wasting your money. If the lawn aeration is done correctly, with proper equipment, the lawn aerator will penetrate the soil past the top soil layer. If the lawn aeration did not penetrate past the top layer of soil, then it likely did little good for your lawn.

There are beneficial "weeds" such as clover, which naturally add nitrogen to the soil. However, most weeds are a symptom to a natural and troublesome issue. Backyard Organic's goal is to root cause the issue rather than continuously deal with symptoms. This service may include total eradication, spot weeding, soil modification, over-seeding, and/or proper mowing techniques. No lawn care plan whether chemical or organic can permanently eliminate weeds. We will, however, provide you with a safe, earth-friendly means of controlling them.

Now you can keep your trees and shrubs healthy, without spraying poisons into the air around your home. In nature, trees and shrubs are fed through the decomposition of forest litter. This benefit is not provided by the home landscape. Our deep root fertilization provides a needed feeding with nutrients and organic soil conditioners, keeping trees healthy and helping them to resist disease.
