Austin Ganim Landscape Design

Roger re-joined the AGLD staff in the Spring of 2016 after gaining valuable design/build experience in the New Haven County Area. He has a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Connecticut. In addition to being an integral part of our design team Roger has extensive plant knowledge and handles our plant material procurement. He is a NOFA Accredited Organic Landcare Professional and is in the process of completing his exams to become a licensed landscape architect. Michael brings a wealth of experience with property maintenance, plant healthcare and customer service to his position as Maintenance Manager.

Landscape Architects are licensed professionals who provide formal landscape design services, which integrate softscape (plant material) and hardscape (masonry, fencing, etc.) elements and often require coordination with other licensed professionals such as architects and engineers. Landscape architectural drawings begin as informal sketches and eventually become technical or CAD drawings. There are many types and phases of landscape architectural services: Site Analysis, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Master Plans, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bid Phase Services and Construction Administration.
