Because of this, our Property Maintenance program keeps regular checkups every two weeks from April to October, with two additional checkups over the winter months, once each in January and February. Property Maintenance will occur once every two weeks from April through October and once in January and once in February to ensure a clean and neat appearance. During every checkup, our crews will check over your whole property to keep every part of it neat and clean. We will scan for and remove light debris, sticks and branches up to eight feet long from the entire property.

If you don't know what aeration or overseeding are, or are unsure if you need them, you've come to the right place! Aeration is a process that involves perforating the soil with small holes. This reduces soil compaction, which allows water, air and nutrients to get down to the roots. With less soil compaction, newer and deeper roots are able to grow and flourish. Add to that Overseeding with a premium fescue blended seed laced in fertilizer and the results speak for themselves. These new varieties help to boost your lawn's color and health for overall lawn improvement.

Picking up all those leaves in the Fall can feel like a huge chore and keep you from spending time doing the wonderful fall activities that you love. It can be tempting to let the fallen leaves lie, and hope that they decompose into mulch that will benefit your lawn. We warn against this, however, since large amounts of leaves piled up will usually cause more harm than good. This will result in lawn suffocation, prevent photosynthesis, and can even cause fungus, mold, and disease to take root. Hambleton provides a quality leaf removal service to keep your lawn healthy and beautiful.

Any debris and trash found in the area will be removed and discarded before and during the mowing process to make sure that you get a clean, well-groomed lawn. In addition to mowing, your lawn will receive trim care as well. Our crews will take care of all the line trimming around obstacles and buildings within the turf area, and edge all walkways, sidewalks, and hard edges with a power edger. Clippings generated from mowing and trimming will then be blown off of all hard surfaces associated with the property.

We offer a specialized fertilizer and weed control program with six rounds of application from February to November, to ensure your lawn is full of truly healthy grass. Our programs is designed to keep your lawn looking its best and healthiest. Our goal is to produce maximum results while using the least amount of chemical products as possible. Aside from our specialized fertilizer and weed care program, we offer 6 additional add-on services that take your lawn to the next level. These are highly beneficial services that we recommend for your lawn if you are trying to create healthy beautiful turf.

If you want the shrubs trimmed and pruned throughout the year, but you don't want to worry about calling each time, this is the program for you. The program is comprised of 4 visits throughout the year, so you don't have to worry about contacting us or missing the trimming window. When we come out, we take care of the proper plants for the time of year and season. Not only do these services help your property to look its best, trimming and pruning are vital for proper plant growth. They can even help control insects and plant related diseases.
