I've used Condren Tree Service for many years. I'm still pleased with their work. It's easy to get on their schedule for a quote and then schedule a date. They call before coming and the guys are really nice and polite. They will also verify what you want done - which is always important to me since I don't want the wrong thing cut down. They also ask about the sprinkler system lines before grinding down the stumps.

I submitted a Quote Request online and they got back to be the next day. A few days later, they came out and reviewed the work that I needed done. Their guy actually suggested something different due to an undesirable outcome, if we went with what I wanted. I still got want I wanted, just in a better way.
Condren performed the work as asked, quickly and professionally. They cleaned up and left the place looking better than when they got there. About 1.5 hrs for the crew.
I had an old Silver Maple trimmed back and dead wood removed, as well as two LARGE 30' crepe myrtles pruned WAY back. Looks amazing.
Another competitor of theirs would not prune the Crepes the way I wanted them. They were also significantly more expensive.
The only improvement suggestion that I have, is to perhaps "contract" and provide agreement details of the work that is being scheduled. I had a few conversations with Condren and knew what I was getting, based on expectations...but there is a level of trust that the work will be done as expected, without any documentation.
