We bought our red oak at Fannin's last year. The buying experience was pleasant; friendly and knowledgeable staff. They delivered and planted the tree, staked it and gave us explicit directions of how to take care of it. Our tree survived the bad snow storm in February and now thriving. We will be repeat customers in the future!

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company! Ordered three trees, which I was immediately charged for. Trees didn’t come in until weeks later. When they came in they couldn’t install two trees because the two I paid them to have removed couldn’t have the stumps removed (or ground down) because they didn’t have the tools to do it. Then I was told the spots where I wanted two of the trees couldn’t be put there and I needed to mark two new spots for the trees. Weeks later I called to find out what the delay was and then they scheduled the stump removal only. When I got home the stumps were ground down and the two trees, that weren’t scheduled to be put in were installed in the exact spot they told me they couldn’t install them. I called to complain and they said they could fix it another day with no commitment on an exact day. I had to threaten to have my bank dispute the charges to get hem out that day. Trees were placed elsewhere and then they leave holes with little dirt and no grass on the two spots where they incorrectly put the trees. So, now I’m spending more money to fix the damage they’ve done to my yard. And to top it all off I asked for specific size trees and the ones I got were half the size. Classic bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE !!!

We had an idea of what we wanted. They were very knowledgeable and advised us of the different growing conditions needed for everything we were considering. They also delivered and set up our vitex for us. Very quick, professional and courteous. I will definitely look there first when I'm ready to plant again!

We bought our tree in early February 2021 and received excellent instructions on how to care for it. It survived the great Texas Snowmagedon 2021 and now has gorgeous leaves in April - looks fantastic! Very healthy trees and helpful people.

Great service and great people. Prices are high especially the tree removal. Was told that tree would be hand dug by 2 employees. 5 showed up, tied a chain to the tree, hooked it to their truck, and pulled it out of the ground in all of 2 seconds. The fee was the only thing I was disappointed about.
