Timberline Professional Tree Care was founded in 2001, while owner Ben Barnett was completing plant science studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Working summers, weekends, and evenings to pay tuition, customers realized that they had finally found the knowledgeable, honest, and friendly person they had been looking for to provide safe, quality tree care and removal services. A loyal customer base was quickly built. After graduation, Ben was offered full time employment as a Vegetation Management Supervisor for the largest electric utility in the state of Missouri.
Starting 2021 with a little storm damage. Excessive ice load had this White Pine slowly uprooting threatening this home. We immediately had our storm response crew out to remove the hazard safe and efficiently. When mother nature strikes unexpectedly, you can count on us to take care of business. Happy New Year!!
One of today's tasks was installing extra high strength steel cables in one of the largest trees I've ever seen! The Cottonwood has a trunk over 10 feet in diameter, and stands approximately 130' tall.

Quite often we get little notes from our cherished customers, this one was especially entertaining. It reads, "The difference between your guys and the bunch that took down the Sycamore in the back (a different company they had previously used) was Dillards to K-Mart. Great Job!"
