The scope of work called for complete roof removal, removal of all plywood sheeting, major sub-framing repair and new plywood. Oh yes, and the building is more than 200,000 square feet. This project was done on time, in budget and without disruption to the employees' work schedules. The City of Carson found itself with a building that has so many problems they literally had to shut it down. The building leaked from the roof, building walls and belowgrade walls causing extensive problems including extensive mildew and mold. Since the work needed was so extensive, the city decided to do other upgrades as well. Eberhard took on the seven-month, six and a half-million dollar project knowing the challenge was great.
